Appointment times at Salon Kavi are reserved especially for you. We ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call the salon *24 hours in advance. Missed appointments may incur a service fee and require a credit card reservation for future appointments. Walk-in’s for salon services are welcome, but to ensure optimum service, appointments are recommended.

Some appointments may require a consultation and/or a retainer.

*72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule for appointments that require a deposit such as color corrections, ombre, straightening, makeup, bridal and extension services. Failure to comply with this policy will result in forfeiture of deposit.


Product Return/Exchange Policy

We guarantee all our products. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase. Unopened products may be returned for a full refund. Opened products may be exchanged for another more suitable product once, and must have original packaging. Hair brushes, cosmetics, accessories and tools are a final sale.

Gift cards sales are final and not redeemable for cash.



We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Salon KAVI gift cards. Please note that gratuity cannot be applied to credit cards or gift cards.



Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. However, all gratuities must be done in cash or a check written directly to the stylist, as it cannot be added onto credit card charges or gift cards. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.



We respect your privacy. Any information you provide to us is for Salon Kavi use only. We will not sell/share your information with anyone.


Your satisfaction is our number one goal.  If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we will gladly provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to redo the service. Redo’s are scheduled just like regular appointments. We ask that you schedule the redo within seven days of the original service. Your appointment will be scheduled with the same stylist who provided the original service. However, in the case that the original stylist is not available, or if you feel that the technician is unable to provide the service, an exception may be made.

We do not issue refunds for services rendered

Please note: services performed by apprentices are not eligible for a redo by a salon stylist. 


Changing stylists

We realize that sometimes you may need to switch stylists for a variety of reasons – schedules, prices, or sometimes just to get a different point of view. Please feel free to change stylists within the salon at your convenience or ask us for a recommendation. Our stylists are very supportive of one another. This will also provide you with a variety of talent and some flexibility in booking an appointment.


Refer a friend

A referral is the best compliment that you could give us. When any new client comes in for a first appointment and says you referred them, we will send you and your friend a certificate for $10 that you can use on your next appointment.


Why do prices vary?

Our artists work at different levels as a result of their achievements. While prices vary accordingly, every Salon Kavi artist is constantly improving through ongoing education. Regardless of what level your stylist may be, rest assured you will receive the same phenomenal service.
